ISO 9000 - efficiency lies in simplicity. At the České lodní a průmyslový registr we are highly aware of the increasing fears of smaller firms of being excluded from the market if they do not hold a certified management system according to ISO 9000. Likewise, we also see how managers or owners of firms are discouraged by the idea that ISO 9000 is a complicated affair accompanied by piles of documentation and scientific requirements demanded by the certification body's auditors.
 

THESE ARE NEEDLESS FEARS
Based on the seven-year experience of auditors from the certification of more than 500 firms, our central philosophy is the idea that a simple, transparent, easily maintainable management system without unnecessary documentation not applied in practice, is the most effective, while it can be created in a short time and with the minimum of costs.
 

the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 must be met, however the interpretation of these requirements clearly respect the need and specialities of each individual firm, on the contrary, we do not just search for the formal fulfilment of the requirements which have a minimum effect on quality.
Moreover, the documentation for describing the system must only be the most essential, i.e. in a form applicable and adequate to the firm
 

The advantage of our auditors is that this concerns people with great experience from previous businesses and now also operating as independent inspectors - product receivers. Therefore, they have their own approach when they are able to find and distinguish the main activities affecting the quality, they do not bother with minor details and quickly understand the specialities and logic of the firm's management.
